Western Azerbaijan Community calls out genocide and destruction of tribes committed by France in Algeria

"Immorality" is the act of France that committed genocide in Algeria and destroyed various tribes.

The statement issued by the West Azerbaijan Community reads, SIA reports.

It noted that the recent statements of the French President and the Minister of Foreign Affairs once again show that official Paris continues its hostile attitude towards Azerbaijan at all levels and on all platforms.

"It seems that France, which suppresses anti-racist protests with police force and whose image in the world is shattered due to these events, and which has been expelled from countries after suffering successive shameful defeats on the African continent, wants to find consolation by taking some steps against Azerbaijan.

We remind the French Minister of Foreign Affairs that "immorality" perpetrated genocide in Algeria, exterminated various tribes, kept the skulls of Algerian freedom fighters in a museum in Paris as military spoils, kept territories located thousands of kilometers away from him still under colonial occupation, conducted various nuclear weapons tests in the Pacific. it is France's move to ban the Corsican language that harms people and the environment.

Armenia brutally expelled all Azerbaijanis from its territory in 1987-1991, occupied Azerbaijani territories in 1991-1994, expelled about 800 thousand Azerbaijanis, wiped out more than 900 cities and villages of Azerbaijan, killed more than 20 thousand Azerbaijanis , the French foreign minister, who turned a blind eye to the Garadagli, Khojaly, Malibayli, Meshali, Agdaban massacres, now accuses Azerbaijan of intending to "ethnic cleansing" is another manifestation of this immoral policy.

It is already clear to the whole world that France does not want to establish peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia and is trying to prevent the re-integration of Armenians living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

France should put an end to Islamophobia, which is an insult to morality and international law, Azerbaijan-phobia policy, and to approach issues from the perspective of religious bigotry.

The West Azerbaijan Community will not allow France, which is full of historical genocide, colonialism and injustices, to abuse noble values such as human rights to cover up the ugly nature of its policy and will continue to tear its mask of double standards," the statement reads.
