Russia is vigorously assisting Baku and Yerevan in the development of a peace treaty, using political and diplomatic channels at all levels, Alexei Zaitsev, Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said at a press briefing.
He added that the development of a peace treaty is one of the elements of the trilateral agreements signed on November 10, 2020 by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia.
