On August 1, Begleryan Rashid Aramayis, a citizen of Armenia, born in 1962, was detained by the military personnel of the State Border Service in the part of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border passing through the territory of Zabukh village of Lachin district for violating the state border.
The press center of the State Border Service told SIA.
The case is being further investigated.
