Relations between Azerbaijan and Morocco are being successfully developed as a result of the efforts of our state leaders.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev said at the event organized on July 31st in Baku on the occasion of Morocco's national holiday - Throne Day, SIA reports with reference to AZERTAC.
Congratulating the people of Morocco on the occasion of the national holiday, the deputy minister said that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the development of relations with Morocco, which has historical friendly relations.
Noting the importance of mutual visits in deepening relations between the two countries, Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev spoke about the activities of the Azerbaijan-Morocco Intergovernmental Joint Commission and drew attention to the signing of more than 100 documents between our countries.
"Our political relations between the two countries are at a high level, and political consultations are held. We have good relations in cultural and social fields. Friendship groups operate in the parliaments of both countries.
Our cooperation is successfully continued at the international level," the deputy minister said.
