Israeli Defense Minister to embark on a visit to Azerbaijan

Minister of Defense of Israel Yoav Gallant will today arrive in Azerbaijan, APA reports citing Israeli media.

The visit will last until 14 July.

As part of his visit, Minister Gallant will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov, and other high-ranking officials of the State Security services.

The aim of the visit is to strengthen strategic bilateral ties, tighten diplomatic coordination, and expand the defense and technological ties between the two countries.
