Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) announced monthly information on the operations carried out in the liberated territories, ANAMA told SİA.
In the period from May 1 to 31, 231 anti-personnel mines, 359 anti-tank mines, and 1520 unexploded military ordnance (UXO) were found and neutralized in Tartar, Ağdam, Khojavand, Khojaly, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan.
As a result, 3 551, 86 hectares of land were cleared of mines and UXO.
