The Kremlin regrets and reacts negatively to the ban on the entry of some Russians into Armenia, said the spokesman of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, SİA informs.
He said that Armenia is a friend and ally of Russia: "We hope that such cases will not be repeated in the near future."
