Toivo Klaar expected to visit Azerbaijan in near future

The special representative of the European Union (EU) on the South Caucasus and the Georgian crisis, Toivo Klaar's expected to visit Azerbaijan in near future, Toivo's office told SİA.

It's noted that the Special representative of EU is on a visit to Armenia for regular high-level consultations.
