As part of the sociological survey conducted by the Social Research Center on December 5-11, 2022, the perceptions of Azerbaijani society about coexistence with Armenians in Karabakh were studied.
According to the respondent's answers to the question "Do you think it will be possible to live together with Armenians in Karabakh?", 55.9 percent of them said "not at all", and 37.7 percent said, "yes, only under certain conditions".
"Yes, in any case" was chosen by 4.4 percent of respondents. Those who had difficulty answering this question made up 2.0 percent.
It is interesting that compared to the survey conducted in September, a positive change was observed in the respondents' approach to the issue of coexistence with Armenians in Karabakh.
Thus, in the September survey, 68.6 percent of the respondents did not consider coexistence with Armenians in Karabakh as possible "under any circumstances", 27.0 percent showed a positive approach, considering coexistence with Armenians in Karabakh as possible "yes, only under certain conditions".
