Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) Committee of Regional Affairs will address Russia's State Duma over the changing of Azerbaijani toponyms by Russian peacekeepers in the areas of their temporary deployment, committee chairman Siyavush Novruzov said.
SİA informs that Novruzov was speaking at the plenary session of the parliament on November 29.
