At least 50 citizens (founders) who are fully functional will be able to establish a political party in Azerbaijan according to the new edition of the bill on political parties, SİA informs.
In the initial version of the bill, a political party could be founded by at least 200 fully functional Azerbaijani citizens (founders) who have been permanently living in the territory of the country for the last 20 years.
