542 new coronavirus cases registered in Azerbaijan

542 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan, while 501 patients have been recovered, SIA cites the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

1 patient has reportedly died after testing positive for COVID-19.

“The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 811,131 with 797,668 recoveries and 9,796 deaths, while treatment of 3,667 others is underway.

A total of 7,138,810 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the country so far,” the Task Force added.
