“Large reconstruction works are already being conducted in Shusha. Numerous civilian citizens were involved in construction works there. There was a need to provide medical services there as well,” said the chairman of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance Zaur Aliyev, while presenting a report on its activities last year, SİA reports.
