113 new cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan, while 40 patients have been recovered, one person has died, department head of the Board of the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBİB) Yagut Garayeva said, SIA reports.
“The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan have reached 3,387, with 2,055 recoveries, while treatment of 1,333 patients is underway. A total of 235,910 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the country so far," she said. According to Babayeva, the infection rate has increased following the easing of lockdown restrictions.
