On June 6, 2026, Dr. Nazila Huseynova, a pediatrician at the Department of Pediatrics of the Central Customs Hospital, delivered a presentation entitled “Medical Assessment in Children and Adolescents: Growth Curves and Early Detection” at the Baku Symposium on Eating Disorders, organized by the Azerbaijan Psychological Association.
During her presentation, Dr. Huseynova provided evidence-based information on the proper monitoring of children's growth and developmental indicators, the importance of early detection of eating disorders, and the impact of timely medical assessment on clinical outcomes. Particular emphasis was placed on the significance of early diagnosis and a multidisciplinary approach in promoting the health and well-being of children and adolescents.
