Doctor from the Central Customs Hospital delivered a presentation in Hong Kong on the role of cytology in the diagnosis of brain tumors

The Head of the Pathomorphological Diagnostics Department of the Central Customs Hospital, highly qualified pathomorphologist, Dr. Zарифе Yusifli, participated as a speaker at the prestigious 1st Asian Cytopathology Conference organized by the Federation of Asian Societies of Cytology, held in Hong Kong (China).

As part of the event, Dr. Zарифе delivered a scientific presentation on the topic “The Role of Cytology in the Diagnosis of Brain Tumors,” providing insights into the importance of cytological examinations in the early and accurate diagnosis of brain tumors, modern methods of evaluating cellular samples, as well as the role of new molecular approaches in improving diagnostic accuracy.

During the conference, the latest scientific approaches in modern diagnostic methods, new classifications, and innovative molecular technologies for the examination of cytological material were presented.
