In order to support Kazakh colleagues and regulate the treatment process, a team of 2 doctors and 2 nurses will be sent from Baku to Aktau today, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan told SİA.
Recall that on December 25, an Embraer 190 aircraft operated by Azerbaijan Airlines, flight J2-8243 on the Baku-Grozny route, diverted towards the city of Aktau due to the necessity of an emergency landing and crashed near Aktau. As a result of the crash, a total of 38 people, including 26 Azerbaijani citizens, lost their lives, and 17 others were injured. The identities of 4 of the deceased were identified and brought to Azerbaijan, while 14 of the injured, whose conditions were satisfactory, were also brought back to the country.
