A geomagnetic storm is currently ongoing, the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasreddin Tusi told SİA.

It was reported that the geomagnetic field is expected to return to calm levels on August 14. No geomagnetic storms are forecasted for the following days.
