Azerbaijan recorded 361 new coronavirus cases over the past week (October 2-8), the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told SİA.
359 people infected with COVID-19 recovered, and five patients died.
Overall, the country has reported 833,550 cases of infection, 822,843 recoveries, and 10,337 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 370 people are receiving treatment.
Over the past week, 4,280 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,692,353 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.
No one was vaccinated in the country during the past week.
The total number of vaccines administered in Azerbaijan so far was 13,969,897.
