In the Shirvan City Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been opened and a preliminary investigation is being conducted under Article 162.2 of the Criminal Code (in case of violation of labor protection regulations causing death due to negligence) regarding the death of Mehman Ahmadov, born in 1966, and the injured Sabina Shekarova, born in 1978, as a result of an ammunition explosion in the factory of the Ministry of Defense Industry located in the city of Shirvan.
This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, SIA refers to AZERTAC.
Currently, the scene of the incident is being examined by the city prosecutor's office and criminal prosecutor.
