On January 7, 826 doses of vaccine against the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were administered in Azerbaijan, SIA refers to the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the Task Force, the number of vaccines given for the first dose during the day was 519, while the number of the second dose of vaccines was 68.
The number of vaccines for three or more doses was 183, while the number booster vaccines after a positive result was 56.
So far, Azerbaijan has administered a total of 13,934,743 vaccine doses, with the 5,398,385 vaccine doses administered in the first stage, 4,875,899 in the second stage, 3,395,696 in the three and more doses of vaccines stage, and 264,763 booster dose vaccines after a positive result.
