On 19.08.2022, the search for a person who drowned in the part of the Upper Karabakh canal passing through the territory of Yevlakh city has been completed.
The body of the drowning victim was removed from the channel by the relevant rescue forces of the Ministry and was handed over to the authorities, The Ministry of Emergencies told SIA.
