A serviceman of the Azerbaijan Army has committed suicide.
This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
According to the report, a criminal case has been opened in the military prosecutor's office under Article 125 of the Criminal Code (bringing someone to the point of suicide) regarding the fact that on July 5, at around 17:00, soldier Tagiyev Ravan son of Zeynalabdin, a term-time active military serviceman of the Azerbaijan Army, killed himself by firing from an automatic weapon assigned to him.
An investigation is currently underway.
