Criminal case launched for the death of a Shirvan resident

A criminal case has been launched in connection with the death of a Shirvan resident. This was reported to SIA by the Shirvan City Prosecutor's Office.

It was reported that the city prosecutor's office received information that Ali Alakbarov, born in 2004, a resident of the city, died as a result of electric shock on May 21 at around 07:00.

Investigation revealed that Ali Alakbarov died at the scene as a result of electric shock when he grabbed the support of an iron pole near the transformer in rainy weather while driving on N.Tusi Street in Shirvan, where he lived.

The Shirvan City Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal case under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code (negligence, negligence causing the death of the victim or other serious consequences).

The case is currently under investigation.
