On May 6, at about 5 pm, the district prosecutor's office received information about the use of force against an employee of the Azerigas Production Association in the village of Ranjbarlar, Agjabadi district.
According to the info given by Agjabadi District Prosecutor's Office to SIA, the investigation revealed that a working group consisting of supervisor-locksmith Rovshan Safarov and other employees of Azerigas PU for non-payment of the subscriber's debt of 504 manat for natural gas consumed by Kamil Usubov, a resident of the village. Kamil Usubov attacked and insulted them while cutting the line from the natural gas pipeline to the meter while performing his official duties, hitting Rovshan Safarov and injuring his left cheek.
Agjabadi District Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal case under Article 315 (resistance to or use of force against a government official).
