The situation in Ukraine is not a mere regional conflict, it is a global one, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday.
"We are now witnessing what may be called the third world war, but anyway, we are witnessing a global conflict, no doubt, <…> rather than a regional or local conflict, as some would like to picture it," he said in a televised address to the nation.
