Office of President of Ukraine: We cannot exchange our sons for Medvedev

The leader of pro-Russian forces in Ukraine, Viktor Medvedchuk, is no longer needed in Moscow, said Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, SİA informs.

"Medvedchuk was described as an influential and important person. But it turned out that it is practically not needed. We cannot replace our sons with him."

Viktor Medvedchuk, chairman of the Political Council of the Opposition Platform Party, had earlier called on the presidents of Ukraine and Russia to replace him with Mariupol's defenders and civilians.
