"Over the past three months, police officers prevented thefts at 109 addresses and 19 apartments, of which 32 people were detained at the scene and 28 people were detained in 28 apartments," he said. The statement came from Major Elshad Hajiyev, Chief of the Media and Public Relations Department of the Interior Ministry's Press Service, SIA reports.
"The security system is useful. Why is it useful? Because possible criminal risks are prevented," he stated.
