Asphalt was laid on the road called "20th Area" in Sabail district. In extra time, a car park was built on one side of the road. Although the road was repaired, it remained the same as the parking lot.

Spokesman for the State Agency for Roads of Azerbaijan Anar Najafli said that the car was used when asphalting the area and the owner was not found. It has already been resolved. Asphalt was laid in the area.
