Officers of the State Traffic Police Department of the Agdash District Police Department detained a driver who was driving under the influence of drugs and constantly violated traffic rules, posing a serious threat to the health of other road users.
According to the Sheki regional group of the Interior Ministry's Press Service, Ulduz Suleymanov, a resident of the region, was ordered to "stop" by traffic police officers for hooliganism in a VAZ-2107 car driven by him. The driver underwent a medical examination due to suspicions that he was taking drugs.According to the results of the examination, it was determined that the person had taken marijuana.
A protocol was drawn up against him under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to court for consideration. The court also sentenced Ulduz Suleymanov to 15 days of administrative detention, depriving him of the right to drive for a year.
