At least 112 children have been killed, and more than 140 have been injured so far in the war in Ukraine, the Prosecutor-General's Office said on Saturday, SİA informs.
The most affected residents are in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Mykolaivska, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Kherson regions.
According to the information, 489 educational institutions and residential buildings were damaged. As a result of the Russian military attack, most schools and kindergartens were destroyed in Donetsk (138), Kharkiv (77), Kyiv (41), Mykolaivska (39), Sumy (33) and Kherson (21).
