A neighborhood inhabited by Azerbaijanis in the Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv has come under fire from Grad, Turan Fikretli, an Azerbaijani officer of the Mykolaiv City Office of the National Police of Ukraine told Report.
According to him, Mykolaiv's hospital and many houses belonging to Azerbaijanis were destroyed or severely damaged by Russian troops due to Grad shelling starting from 05.30 this morning.
Fortunately, there were no casualties as the Azerbaijanis were evacuated on time.
