The positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the direction of Yukhari Veysalli village of Fizuli region were fired at 10:05 on February 23 by members of the illegal Armenian armed group in the territory of Azerbaijan, temporarily stationed by the Russian peacekeepers, SİA reports citing the Defense Ministry.
According to the information, the Azerbaijani Army units took retaliatory measures.
