On November 16, under the instruction of Armenian military-political leadership, armed forces of this country have brutally violated the terms of the trilateral statement dated November 10, 2020, as well as norms and principles of the international law and principles, and have shelled the positions of Azerbaijani Army in the Kalbajar and Lachin regions, noted in the information of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, SİA reports.
As a result of measures taken by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, provocation committed by Armenia on the state border has been prevented. So, we note with deep grief that as a result of provocation, 7 of our military servicemen have martyred and 10 injured.

- Lieutenant Niftaliyev Umud Oruj - Warrant Officer Jabbarov Orkhan Hatam - Long-term active military serviceman junior sergeant Aliyev Natig Yusif - Soldier Aghayev Elchin Marifat - Soldier Alizade Elmin Samir - Soldier Aliyev Elchin Ramil - Soldier Khalilov Murad Galib In connection with the above-mentioned facts, the Military Prosecutor's Office has launched criminal cases under Articles 120.2.12 (murder on the motive of national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) and 29, 120.2.12 (attempted murder with intent to incite national, racial, religious hatred or enmity) of the Azerbaijan's Criminal Code.
