As a result of measures carried out by employees of the Baku Main Customs Department, an attempt to illegally move various goods across the customs border was prevented, the State Customs Committee told SİA.
It was noted that during the inspection of the trailer of a vehicle arriving from Türkiye to the Republic of Azerbaijan at the "Silk Way" customs post, 45 items - 864 boxes, 1,398 bills of exchange, 473 medicines, 40 items - 357 cosmetics, 50 liters of perfume, 11 items - 278 dental products, 144 boxes of food supplements that were not declared to the customs authority were discovered.
