Court decides verdict on Czech Republic citizen who wanted to cross from Armenia to Azerbaijan

The trial of Bacha Daniel Vladimir, a citizen of the Czech Republic who wanted to cross from Armenia to Azerbaijan, has ended, APA reports.

The verdict was announced in the proceedings chaired by judge Elchin Khasmammadov at the Shirvan Court of Appeal. According to the decision, he was sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year and 6 months.

Noted that Bacha Daniel Vladimir, a citizen of the Czech Republic, was detained while illegally crossing the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border.

He was charged under Article 318.1 of the Criminal Code in the framework of the criminal case conducted by the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
