An earthquake has occurred in Lankaranç SİA reports citing AZERTAC.
The earthquake was recorded at the local time of 17:23. Residents of high-rise buildings mostly felt the tremor, which lasted approximately 10 seconds.
The tremor, with a magnitude of 5.2, was detected by the Seismological Research Bureau of the Republican Seismological Service, based on the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake, centered at a depth of 18 kilometers, was felt predominantly by residents of high-rise buildings and lasted around 10 seconds.
Additionally, on May 11, at 17:39, an earthquake was recorded in the Talish mountainous area within the Lankaran territory.
