According to her, large-scale construction work is currently being carried out in the liberated territories, and the Great Return plan is being implemented: "Former IDPs are returning to the newly built cities and villages in the liberated territories. However, more than 1.5 million mines and unexploded ammunition buried by the occupying Armenian troops in our liberated territories pose a serious threat to people's lives.
