On the morning of October 26, information was reported to the police regarding Elchin Nureliyev Khanbaba, born in 1970, a tractor driver working in the agricultural sector in the territory of Talish village of Tartar district, who fell into a mine, the regional group of the press service of the Azerbaijani MIA told SİA.
The incident occurred during the agricultural work in the field. An investigation is underway.
