Magnitude 3.0 earthquake hits Azerbaijan's Shaki district

An earthquake, 12 kilometers northwest of the Sheki seismological station was recorded in Azerbaijan’s Shaki district on Sunday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, SIA refers to AZERTAC.

According to the Survey Center, the epicenter of the earthquake, recorded at 16:39 local time, was located at a depth of 16 kilometers.

The earthquake with a magnitude of 3.0 was not felt in the settlements near the epicenter.
