Criminal case initiated regarding wounding of Azerbaijani military serviceman as a result of firing from a firearm
On June 15, around 08:00, from the positions of the military personnel of the Republic of Armenia located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia Ensign Elshan Rustamov, a military officer of the State Border Service, received gunshot wounds as a result of firing from various caliber firearms against the military personnel of the State Border Service serving at the Lachin Border Control Point located in the territory of Lachin district of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the press service of Prosecutor General Office told APA.
The investigation department of the Prosecutor General Office, the Department of Criminalistics and the employees of the Gubadli military prosecutor's office inspect the scene of the incident and carry out other necessary investigative actions.
