The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan supports the proposal to create the Alimony Fund, Chairman of the court's Civil Collegium Sanan Hajiyev said at the conference "The current situation in the application of family law in connection with the dissolution of marriage."
According to him, the current legislation does not allow to reject demands for divorce.
