Azerbaijan not to celebrate "Day of Knowledge" solemnly

Management and pedagogical staff of secondary schools have been instructed not to celebrate September 15 - "Day of Knowledge" solemnly, said Ministry of Science and Education as a response to SİA's inquiry.

"As we know, on the night of September 12 and the morning of September 13, many of our military servicemen were martyred while preventing the large-scale provocation committed by the Armenian armed forces. We offer our deepest condolences to the families and relatives of our martyrs, and pray for God's healing for our wounded!

In this regard, the management and pedagogical staff of secondary schools were instructed not to solemnly celebrate "Day of Knowledge" on September 15. Parents are requested to understand this issue," noted in the information.
