On April 23, 2022, the State Examination Center in Garadagh, Yasamal districts of Baku, Agdash, Agsu, Beylagan, Jalilabad (part I), Hajigabul, Goranboy, Gobustan, Tovuz, Khachmaz (part I) districts, Naftalan, Shirvan and Sumgayit (Part II) final exams on general (9-year) secondary education were held in the cities.
According to the center, a total of 96 exam buildings and 1,611 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exams are held. 96 general examiners, 258 examiners, 2005 supervisors-teachers, 198 graduation officers (security guards) and 96 building representatives were assigned to manage the exams.
21337 students were expected to participate in the exams. Students with physical disabilities (group I visually impaired, with limited mobility) also took part in the exam. In order for them to take the exam comfortably, there are separate halls in the examination halls, reading assignments for the visually impaired, filling in the answer sheet, etc. Individual supervisors have been appointed for the work. Special conditions have been created for students with disabilities to enter the building and hall and move freely.
The body temperatures of the participants entering the examination building were checked with an electronic thermometer, which can be measured remotely, and the necessary disinfectants were used.
According to preliminary information, a "smart" watch was found in one person and handed over to the examination headquarters for investigation. There were also students who did not have the required documents to take the exam - forgot their ID card at home, came to the exam with a copy of their ID or did not bring a photo certificate from the school because they did not have a photo on their ID card.
We remind the students who took part in the exams on April 30 and May 1 to be careful with their documents. When coming to the exam, do not forget to bring the graduation certificate, the original of the identity document (students who do not have a photo on the ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and photos (a 3x4 cm photo of the student is attached to the certificate).
From today onward, the processing of exam protocols and answer sheets will begin at the SSC.
The results of the exam will be announced within 3 weeks, as it takes time to check the tasks that require a written answer.
