Over the weekend, more than 44,000 students will take the final exam

The State Examination Center will hold final exams on general (9-year) secondary education on April 16-17.

The exams will start at 11:00, the center told SIA.

15 minutes before the start of the exams - at 10:45 the graduation mode ends. After that, the participants are not allowed to enter the exam building.

In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance times were set for the exam participants and this time was indicated in the exam participant's graduation certificate. Therefore, it is recommended to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form.

Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use it properly (completely covering the nose, mouth and chin). The mask is not allowed to be removed and must be used throughout the process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).

Students must bring the following documents to the exam:

- Exam admission card;

- Declaration of health (you print and sign it together with the transcript. Since the transcript is kept by the student and the declaration of health is handed over to the examiner, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet);

- Original identity document:

a) ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16);

b) permits issued by the State Migration Service to foreigners and stateless persons, and refugee cards issued to foreign citizens and their family members who have received refugee status;

- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and pasted photos (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).

Students who will take the exam can print and download the "Exam Admission Form" from the website of the Ministry of Education and Science from April 7.

In order for them to take the exam comfortably, there are separate halls in the examination halls, reading assignments for the visually impaired, filling in the answer sheet, etc. Individual supervisors have been appointed for the work. Special test booklets have also been developed for hearing-impaired students, taking into account their hearing impairments. Special conditions have been created for students with disabilities to enter the building and hall and move freely.

At present, online training seminars are being held with supervisors, exam supervisors and security officers who will take part in the exams. All examination buildings were inspected, and the necessary conditions were created in the examination halls for students to take the exam comfortably.

In order to ensure security one day before the exam, the examination centers are re-inspected and the examination halls, entrance and exit doors, buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of the employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
