For candidates who will take a civil service test

On April 10, the State Examination Center (SEC) will hold a test in Baku for admission to the civil service for positions corresponding to groups BA and BB, which belong to type B of administrative positions (administrative executive positions) in the civil service.

According to SIA, the exam starts at the same time in all buildings - at 11:00 and lasts for 3 hours. Candidates arriving after 10:45 are not allowed to take the exam.

It is necessary to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form. It is prohibited to bring mobile phones and other means of communication, electronic devices, calculators, electronic data carriers, books, notebooks, magazines, abstracts, information books, dictionaries, tables, bags and other aids to the examination building. SEP asks participants not to bring additional items to the exam building. All this prevents the efficient organization of the work of the release regime and its timely completion.

In order to take the exam, registered candidates must go to the MFA's website and print out the "Exam Admission Form". Along with the graduation certificate, they are also presented with the "Candidate's Memory Book". Candidates are provided with important recommendations on the examination process, rules they must follow and other necessary information.

Candidates must bring the following documents to the exam:

- the original identity document;

- "Exam Admission Form";

- "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" (printed on the website of the MFA together with the "Exam Admission Form" and signed by the candidate. The declaration must be submitted to the examiner).

The exam will be held on paper in 8 buildings in Baku. A total of 2,089 candidates were registered to take part in the exam, including 559 in the BA group and 1,530 in the BB group. 8 general exam supervisors, 24 exam supervisors, 187 supervising teachers, 16 graduation staff were allocated for the exam.

As part of the precautionary measures against COVID-19 infection, only medical masks will be allowed to enter the examination halls, and candidates will be tested for body temperature with an electronic thermometer that can be measured remotely, and the necessary disinfectants will be used. Candidates will be seated at the required distance from each other in the examination halls.
