A delegation led by Türkiye's Minister of National Education, Yusuf Tekin, visited Karabakh University, where he was briefed on the institution’s academic programs and modern infrastructure, SİA reports.
The visit aimed to deepen educational collaboration between the two countries.
During the visit, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education, Emin Əmrullayev, met with Minister Tekin for a bilateral discussion. The officials signed an Additional Protocol to the 2017 Agreement on Educational Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, as well as an Additional Protocol to the 2021 Agreement on Vocational Education Collaboration.
These agreements are expected to provide a strong foundation for expanding joint educational projects and initiatives between the two neighboring countries.
