"One of the main issues in the examinations conducted by the State Examination Center is to organize the examination process in accordance with the relevant rules and in a transparent manner. Participants taking the exam under equal conditions, monitoring compliance with the rules of conduct and other measures taken are aimed at ensuring fair selection when assessing the knowledge of examinees," this was stated in the State Examination Center's call to exam participants regarding the rules.
It was noted that the State Examination Center regularly provides information on any violations immediately after the exams in order to educate exam participants and deter them from committing possible violations:
"Thus, during the entrance exams held in July 2023, a complete set of special transmitting devices ("Mifi" device, headphones, telephone, camera, etc.) was discovered on one of the exam participants during the inspection at the entrance to the building. After the entrant was disqualified from the exam, those devices were presented to law enforcement agencies, and as a result of the investigation, the person who organized the sale of those devices was brought to criminal liability.
It was determined that he had made numerous appeals to participants on various social media accounts regarding prohibited headphones for use in exams. That person has already been held accountable under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and has been sentenced to 3 years of restriction of freedom by the court."
