A delegation led by Rector of Hacettepe University of Türkiye Mehmet Cahit Guran has visited the Baku State University (BSU).
During the meeting, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev highlighted the university's teaching, scientific activities, as well as its international relations. “The Baku State University maintains fruitful cooperation with a number of prestigious universities of Türkiye. Majority of foreign students studying at BSU are from Türkiye,” he underscored.
Rector Mehmet Cahit Guran noted that cooperation with the largest higher educational institution of Azerbaijan would be beneficial for both universities. He mentioned that Hacettepe University is one of the most prestigious universities in Türkiye.
Then, BSU and Hacettepe University signed a Memorandum Understanding, which aims to develop cooperation between both universities in the field of education and research.
