A concept of Karabakh university planned to be built in liberated Aghdam is under development, Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev told the 8th International Conference on Medical Education in Baku.
The minister said the new university is planned to be built in Aghdam.
"We would like this university to provide training in medical specialties. We are ready to cooperate in this direction," he said.
